Unlimited Help Desk Support

One Maestro has a dedicated help desk team that provides first-class customer service from enquiry to resolution. All help desk services such as phone support and email support are included in your annual licence fee.

The help desk is available between 8am and 6pm (Australian CST) from Monday to Friday. For critical enquiries, the help desk service provides an after-hours voicemail service that is monitored by support staff outside of these hours.

  3. Leave a pager message and one of our helpdesk team members will endeavour to respond as soon as they can. Alternatively, you can email your query to [email protected].
